The details behind each promise
Free revisions
If delivered work does not follow your original instructions, tell us what needs to change and your tutor will revise it at no extra charge within the revision window stated on your order. Revisions are for correcting work against the brief; entirely new requirements may be quoted separately.
On-time delivery
Your deadline is agreed in writing before you pay. We schedule work to finish ahead of that deadline wherever possible. If we miss it for reasons within our control, contact us and we will make it right, including a partial or full refund where appropriate.
Original work
Every piece is prepared from scratch for you and referenced properly. On request we will provide an originality report with your delivery.
Privacy and confidentiality
Your personal details and uploaded files are never shared with third parties or used for anything other than your request. Files are stored privately and you can ask us to delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Fair refunds
If we cannot deliver what we agreed and revisions cannot fix it, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy. We would always rather solve the problem first, so please contact us early.
Always-on support
Reach us 24/7 on +1 (812) 690-5122 or through live chat. Real people, real answers.
