During this lesson you will be supporting Ola. They are a 42 year old with a diagnosis of moderate depression. They have been known to services on and off for nearly 10 years but tend to disengage though you can’t find it documented why this is. This is their 1st appointment with you and your supervisor who will be taking over as their nurse within the short term community team.
